Turismo de Portugal has promoted a set of work sessions between several dozen travel agencies, tour operators and the so-called Collaborative Networks.

This batch of Collaborative Networks, which have played a fundamental role in promoting tourist activity in low-density territories in the country, includes the Route of the Romanesque and ten other projects: Aldeias de Montanha, Aldeias do Xisto, Aldeias Históricas de Portugal, GeoPark Naturtejo, Heranças do Alentejo, Lugares da Serra Alentejana, Montanhas Mágicas, Rota da Terra Fria Transmontana, Rota Vicentina and the Termas do Centro.

The purpose of these sessions is to promote knowledge among these tourism actors, namely by presenting the work of structuring the tourist offer that has been developed in recent years.
