Following the latest developments in COVID-19 and the measures enacted by the Directorate-General for Health, the Association of Municipalities of Vale do Sousa (VALSOUSA) | Route of the Romanesque has decided to enact special preventive measures to prevent the transmission of the disease in the community.

Therefore, within the scope of the 'suspension of activity of leisure/cultural and public use establishments, namely gyms, libraries, swimming pools, venues for events and movie theatres', decreed by the Directorate-General for Health, VALSOUSA | Route of the Romanesque adopts the following measures:

_ Closure of the Interpretation Centre of the Romanesque, in Lousada, except for its Technical Services;

_ Closure of the Information Centres of the Route of the Romanesque located in the Monastery of Pombeiro, Felgueiras and Tower of Vilar, Lousada;

_ Suspension of visits to the monuments of the Route of the Romanesque located in the municipalities of Felgueiras and Lousada;

_ Suspension of the activities of the Educational Service and the Pedagogical Project of the Route of the Romanesque, in the Interpretation Centre of the Romanesque and in the municipalities of Felgueiras and Lousada;

_ The Technical Services of the Route of the Romanesque, which will remain open, should be used only for urgent situations, and contact via telephone (+351 255 810 706) or email should be prioritised.

These measures are temporary and will last until there are new instructions.
